Pickled Dill Cucumber Chips

In 2019, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jon Bussell began pickling to complement his charcuterie business. He was soon won over to the power of ferments and so Acide™ was born.

Fresh Kirby cucumbers are sliced thick, soaked in a bold brine loaded with vinegar, garlic, black pepper and a lot of dill.

These chips have a crinkle-cut crunch and a sharp, herb-packed bite. Totally addictive!

Add them to sandwiches or burgers. Serve them on a cheese platter or eat them straight from the jar.
