Edward Billington & Son is an English company which have imported sugar since 1858. The sugars are produced at source, with the aim of locking in the natural molasses of the sugar cane, giving Billington's sugars their unique richness, aroma, depth of flavour and natural colour.

Demerara sugar is ideal for tea and coffee, biscuits and crumbles. And is essential for caramelising the top of creme brûlée!
