Light Muscovado Unrefined Sugar

Edward Billington & Son is an English company which have imported sugar since 1858. The sugars are produced at source, with the aim of locking in the natural molasses of the sugar cane, giving Billington's sugars their unique richness, aroma, depth of flavour and natural colour.

This unrefined soft, light brown sugar has a warm honey colour and a creamy fudge flavour. It is ideal for baking cakes, biscuits and puddings.
