Edward Billington & Son is an English company which have imported sugar since 1858. The sugars are produced at source, with the aim of locking in the natural molasses of the sugar cane, giving Billington's sugars their unique richness, aroma, depth of flavour and natural colour.

This unrefined, deep, dark sugar has a high molasses content, which gives it a unique flavour and richness. It is perfect for making fruit cakes, marinades, chutneys and BBQ sauces.
