Recipe N° W2 is an original recipe by Octaaf Callebaut and takes pride in being very Belgian. This chocolate is predominately made with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets.
With its medium fluidity and perfectly balanced notes of milk, cream, caramel and vanilla, this is a great all-round chocolate. It has a lovely satin gloss and snappy texture, making it great for everything from chocolate bars and hollow figures to mousses, drinks and sauces.
Pair W2 with a wide range of ingredients and flavours: from sour to bitter, spices to herbs and from fruits to beers.
