Dissco mixing bowls have been made in New Zealand since 1955. These are traditional multi-purpose bowls with a small base and tall sides, in comparison to the base.
Deep and narrow bowls help contain ingredients when using a hand mixer or vigorously whisking vinaigrette or cream. They also make it easier for a spatula to scrap all the mix out of the bowl.
