Multiple Wheels Cutting Wheel - Smooth and Flutted (3mm, 4mm & 5mm)

This brass pasta cutter combines a smooth cutting wheel with a 3mm, a 4mm and a 5mm fluted cutting wheel.

The differently sized wheels provide the pasta maker with the opportunity to create the right scale and look for the pasta's edge. For example, a small cappelletti might require a tiny zigzag edge whilst a ravioli might require a large zigzag edge.

The wheels also provide a sharp cutting edge and combined with the weight of the tool, means that it cuts easily and effortlessly.
