This premium Nori comes from Saga Ariake Sea, Kyushu, Japan. This is a first harvest nori. The first harvest of nori always yields the best crop, as the seas of Japan are coldest at this time and, therefore, abundant with minerals which enhance the taste of the seaweed.

High-quality nori has a very delicate umami taste.
