Oyster Sauce

This oyster sauce combines oyster extract taken from Hiroshima oysters with genuine brewed soy sauce, that is soy sauce brewed from Japanese whole soybeans and wheat.

Packed with umami richness, a little of this sauce goes a long way!

It does not contain preservatives, colourings, seasonings (such as amino acids), thickeners or yeast extracts.
