Cooking Sake (Kohaku no Ryorishu)
This cooking sake is made by sake maker, Morinokura from local (Fukuoka) organic rice, rice koji (malted rice), sake lees and natural spring water. Given that the steamed rice and sake lees are fermented, this cooking sake has more flavour and umami than inferior cooking sakes. It is therefore recommended that you use 1/3 of the amount of this sake to create the same effect.
