Yuzu Juice

Yuzu looks a bit like a small, round, bumpy, yellow lemon. It has a tart, sour flavour and tastes like a combination of a lemon and a grapefruit. However, its flavour notes are more complex than that of a lemon, having distinct herbal and floral notes in addition to acidity.

Yuzu juice is used in traditional Japanese sauces (like ponzu) as well as desserts, cocktails, and beverages. Also, pairs well with miso as a dipping sauce.
