Wasabi Seasoning Oil

This wasabi seasoning oil is a blend of wasabi and rapeseed oil. It is a very strong and consistently flavoured oil, so a little goes a long way.

A few drops add the perfect finishing touch to fresh seafood dishes. But what may surprise is that it also blends well with meat dishes like steak and carpaccio. With its biting edge, wasabi oil will also add an extra kick to salad dressings, but only for the brave!
