Smoked Paprika Powder Bitter-Sweet

The bitter-sweet peppers used in La Chinata Bitter Sweet Paprika are dried by the traditional method of oak smoking to acquire an unmistakable smoky taste. To achieve the bitter-sweet flavour, the seeds are only partially removed from the fruit before the smoking and drying process.

Use it to flavour stews and sauces, or in homemade chorizo or merguez sausages.
