Hand wash only. Oil the handle occasionally with mineral oil to avoid the wood drying out.
The Chef’s Slotted Turner has a bevelled edge and is lightweight, flexible, and razor-thin, so it can flip eggs, fish and crepes easily. It is also strong enough to lift heavier foods like hamburgers. The long slots allow for oil drainage.
A left-hand version is also available.
