Lake Pedder's Nectar Honey (900g)

Miellerie was established in 2005 by French apiarist, Yves Ginat. The company uses organic and biodynamic beekeeping practices to maintain the health of the colony.
 
The honey is extracted at room temperature and packaged at beehive temperature, which maintains the natural aroma, health qualities and characteristic crystals of Millierie honey.
 
This honey comes from the flowers on the east side of Lake Pedder that blossom from early November through to early January. It has a rich, aromatic bouquet, a strong flavour and after taste. Great for baking and for marinades.
