Leatherwood Honey (900g)

Miellerie was established in 2005 by French apiarist, Yves Ginat. The company uses organic and biodynamic beekeeping practices to maintain the health of the colony.
 
The honey is extracted at room temperature and packaged at beehive temperature, which maintains the natural aroma, health qualities and characteristic crystals of Millierie honey.
 
This tree flowers from January through to early March. It has a gentle character with nutty flavours.
