Tea Tree Honey (900g)

The Tea Tree is a Christmas flower from the Lake Pedder Valley. The honey is a rich brown colour, full of natural antibiotics, making it a perfect skin food. It is also delicious mixed with lemon juice and served either hot or cold.

Miellerie was established in 2005 by French apiarist, Yves Ginat. The company uses organic and biodynamic beekeeping practices to maintain the health of the bee colony.

The honey is extracted at room temperature and packaged at beehive temperature, which maintains the natural aroma, health qualities and characteristic crystals of Millierie honey.
