Biodynamic Pearl Barley

Pearl barley has a mild, nutty flavour and a slightly chewy texture like brown rice. It is a nutritious grain that is high in Vitamin B and fibre.

It is a great alternative to rice or couscous and is also a great addition to salads. Pearl barley makes a delicious pilaf or risotto and is a great addition to a hearty stew or soup!
