Ortiz Tuna White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil (Jar)

White Albacore tuna are individually line-caught during the fishing season. They are carefully prepared by hand, and preserved in jars of olive oil. They have an exquisite flavour and a delicate texture on the palate.

Conservas Ortiz was founded more than 100 years ago and is established in the small fishing village of Ondarroa, located in the North of Spain, on the Cantabrian Coast on the Bay of Biscay.
