{Information}Care Instructions
Lightly grease the cookware to help guarantee that your bakes slide out with ease. Do not use olive oil for greasing, as it is a poor release agent, and may cause a sticky film to build up over time.
Due to the heat spread technology in Silverwood bakeware, cooking temperatures may need to be reduced by 10-15 degrees. Check cooking progress after 2/3 of normal cooking time. Oven safe to 230C.
After use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
