This Gnocchi Board was developed via a collaboration between the maker and the chefs at Otahuna Lodge, New Zealand. The result is a gnocchi with the most perfect ridges.

The board is made from offcuts of Vitex Cofassus (hardwood). The Vitex Cofassus is harvested and certified by the Solomon Islands Forestry Council. Harvesting is a village based operation, and reserves are sustainably managed.
