This Gnocchi board was developed via a collaboration between the maker and the chefs at Otahuna Lodge. The result is a Gnocchi with the perfect ridges.

Board is made from offcuts of Vitex Cofassus (hardwood). The Vitex Cofassus is harvested and certified by the Solomon Islands Forestry Council. Harvesting is a village based operation, and reserves are sustainably managed.
