Ponzu (Sadachi, Yuzu & Bonito Kombu Dashi Shoyu)

Ponzu sauce is a classic Japanese condiment that is citrus based with a tart tangy flavour similar to a viniagrette.

Shodoshima Ponzu is made from all natural ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, sudachi (Japanese lemon/lime), yuzu juice, kombu, dried bonito and vinegar.

Uses: Use as a dipping sauce for tempura and dumplings or as a marinade for fish or vegetables. You can even mix with oil and use as a salad dressing.
