Wadaman is one of Japan's best producers of sesame products. Like all the top producers in Japan they're meticulous in sourcing and sorting sesame seeds, and the production processes that convert them into oils, pastes and other sesame-based products.

This superior sesame oil is an excellent finishing oil for vegetables and seafood. Use sparingly as a little goes a long way.
