Ume & Sesame Furikake

The Wadaman Furikake is a blend of aromatic black and golden sesame-seeds, umeboshi (dried pickled plum), shoyu, salt and Aosa seaweed.

It is a perfect seasoning for soba noodles and rice and delicious sprinkled over avocado and breakfast eggs. Also great as an addition to a poke bowl, as well as elevating a bowl of mixed salad leaves with its rich umami flavour.
