Tarragon Apple Cider Vinegar

This botanical vinegar is a local Huon Valley collaboration. Freshly harvested Valley Fresh Farm tarragon is immersed in Wild Mother organic apple cider vinegar. It is then steeped and bottled without filtration or pasteurisation to protect the intense fresh tarragon aromatics imparted by the cool-climate outdoor grown tarragon.

This intensely flavoured vinegar is ideal for basting white meat and fish during roasting or barbecuing. It is also good added to dressings and sauces for complexity of flavour. Use sparingly.
