Ponzu (Yuzu & Bonito Kombu Dashi Shoyu)

This Ponzu is a citrus soy sauce but with a Dashi forward flavour. It is aged in cedar barrels with organic rice vinegar and four Japanese citrus juices (Yuzu, Sudachi, Yukou and Dai Dai), and balanced with dashi, mirin and the Yamaki Jozo Shoyu base. All these elements are perfectly balanced by the producer to produce a premium dipping sauce. This Ponzu is also, an excellent addition to dressings.
