Edward Billington & Son is an English company which have imported sugar since 1858. The sugars are produced at source, with the aim of locking in the natural molasses of the sugar cane, giving Billington's sugars their unique richness, aroma, depth of flavour and natural colour.

This natural and unrefined dark muscovado sugar is the ultimate dark brown soft sugar. It is perfect for baking fruit and chocolate cakes, brownies and fudge, as well as savoury applications, such as marinades, sauces and chutneys.
