Poppy Seeds White Whole

These white poppy seeds are slightly smaller than the blue ones and are a regular feature in Indian recipes. Like the blue, they impart a pleasing, nutty taste. A fiery Vindaloo Curry will get some of its texture from roasted White Poppy Seeds which grind to a rich, nutty paste.
