Royal Cognac Mustard (250g)

Pommery mustard is made in Meux, a cathedral town west of Paris that has a history of mustard production dating back to 771AD.

All pommery mustards are expertly crafted using traditional methods and aged in a stone pot, resulting in a condiment that's bursting with rich flavour and delightful texture.

This mustard originated from a 1632 recipe, which was given to the Pommery Family in 1760 and has been secretly guarded ever since. It is a luxurious medium-grain French mustard flavoured with cognac.

The perfect accompaniment for roasted meats or root vegetables. It also complements game birds such as pheasant and guinea fowl.
