These pudding moulds were made famous by British cook, Delia Smith. They are perfect for steamed puddings and individual Christmas puddings. Being fully anodised means they have superior release and cleaning properties, making them the perfect little pudding mould!
Silverwood bakeware is handcrafted using traditional techniques from strong, professional grade anodised aluminium. This means easy-clean, easy-release properties that will not warp, distort or rust. The special alloy core used in Silverwood bakeware spreads heat fast and evenly, producing perfect baking in a reduced time.
TIDBIT: Depending on your oven, cooking temperatures can be reduced by 10—15 degrees Celsius. Check the progress of your bake after two thirds of the normal cooking time.

Silver anodised aluminium. Anodisation prevents aluminium from rusting. Aluminium provides excellent heat conduction and distribution.
{Information}Care Instructions
Lightly greasing the anodised body will help to guarantee that your bakes slide out with ease and will improve the natural non-stick properties of the pan over time.
Do not use olive oil as a greasing agent, as a sticky film may build up, which can be difficult to remove.
After each use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry.
Not suitable for the dishwasher.
